Bandung is in tantrum because many youths left their family to join Baracas. Baracas is a group of boys who were let down by the woman and built by Agus. They gather their strength and unite their feelings of hatred of women around the world and on all the elements concerned with women. Agus is the ex-boyfriend of Sarah, who suddenly breaks their relationship. Resistance movements against Baracas accuse the police the government of Bandung deliberately allowe Baracas to grow.
